Valerie, I don't know if you will even see this but I've been feeling in my heart the need to contact you. You have been my inspiration to get healthy and lose weight. I am 5'3", 33 yrs old, started at 176 but on August 18th of last year, I began my journey. For me it was Medifast. I am now 131.6. 6.6 lbs from my goal. Not only was it your success that inspired me but you look exactly like my astranged sister. Her name is Beverly. As a kid watching your TV show, I thought it was my sister on the TV. She was my idol. She has since disowned me and we haven't spoken in over 15 years. Although we live only about 30 miles apart.
