Was there ever quite a dark, beautiful goddess of the movies quite like Ava Gardner? That's debatable, but the truth is, she was one of the hottest stars of Hollywood in the '40's and '50's. She is still missed today. Her movies are the ones keeping her alive.

I love Ava. She was one of the most beautiful brunettes ever! I went to her museum 2 times, when I used to live in Fayetteville, North Carolina. I love the Carolina's. They have such great beauties from there and I'm glad Ava came from there. What a beauty she was, indeed!!
