Sweet love makes Barbara Mandrell easy to like. But how the 5'2" sweetheart can perform like she did battling bronchitis,flu,a sinus infection,a strep throat,and viral pneumonia battling high fevers,chest pains,and nasty bronchial chest coughing spasms is just amazing! Barbara always went out and let her 5'2" heart carry her and she did great,just by taking some cough syrup before performing to gently calm her nasty coughs from her illnesses. I saw her perform in 1995 and I got to sing with her,too!
