I worked for nita as a nanny for her daughter in1965. She brought me over from England and I had a magical time working for her. Nita will always be remembered fondly for Hogan's Heroes! Hope she is currently in good health Last time I saw my cousin Nita was on Thanksgiving at her Home in Brentwood, CA. I remembered she dropped the Turkey but it was eatable. That was about 28 years ago. It was a fun day. I graduated with Ginger in 1947 and I would love to here from her. Anyone know how to contact her? There are not many of us left. Dont I recall seeing Nita Talbot and Don Knotts as a brother and sister on Search for Tomorrow many, many mango seasons ago? I went to Jamaica High School a year behind Anita Talbot, whose real name is Anita Sokol. Although she went by Ginger Sokol then. I remember her photo to be in Life Magazine when she was about 17. She was very popular in high school and I remember she got good grades too. Jamaica High is in Jamaica , New York. She graduated a year before me. Love watching the episodes with Miss Talbot in the reruns of Hogans Heroes. I remember seeing her on Soap and being excited when I recognized her! Whenever she guest stared on TV she always was a bright light to watch! I hope she is in very good health and is happy in her life now a days. God Bless you.
