Anna Moffo cannot be compared with any other soprano.She is one of a kind with a God-given natural voice that improved with training , but sadly was over used. She was foremost a MUSICIAN playing piano and viola...she was highly intelligent speaking 5-6 languages, and mostly....she sang from her heart...and knew what she was singing juging by the wonderful phrasing she used. I saw her only twice and she had the most beautiful stage presence....actually looking right into your eyes! She was ONE OF A KIND, and I feel blessed to have actually seen and heard her in person...BRAVA ANNA!!! You're singing with the angels now!
