I am a big fan of Helens. Too bad she gets little respect these days. Back in the 1960s she was the butt of jokes every time a comic needed an obscure actress that no one could remember. In the 1969 movie "They Shoot Horses Don't They?" this is quite evident as they made fun of her appearance at a roller rink as a "Big Star" that no one could remember. I have an 8X10 and also her big picture Painted Desert with Clark Gable on vhs - she's not forgotten! I presently am restoring her home in Brooklyn. It is magnificent and upon being restored, it will be a showplace.
